Evidently, I decided to take last week off from blogging. And that is one million thousand percent fine with me. But now I’ve returned from a magical conference where I learned so much about myself, my blog, and everybody else.
Also referred to as “amazing” and “life changing.”
I really do love to blog and I love to share whatever funny pictures, random facts, whines and complaints knowledge I may happen to know/stumble upon with the world. And when I say the world, I mean the people that read my blog. So I MAY be exaggerating a little bit. But I could be right.
I haven’t gotten to my swag bags yet because I’m just enjoying being in my own apartment and relaxing. Ryan Reynolds may be involved. But I will post all about my new toys later this week.
Mine says it makes me feel like a badass. Are you surprised?
I am so inspired to do so many things and really kick butt. I’ve met so many people over the past three days that have made me feel awesome. Made me feel like I can do this stuff! So I want to say a quick thank you to a couple of them. I can’t even pretend that I can summarize the amazing people that I’ve met. So throughout this week, I’m going to highlight a couple of them! And today, we’re gonna start with the roomies.
Taylor at Lifting Revolution
Taylor was such a sweet roommate from Charleston, SC. Some of her family, however, lives in the Philadelphia area so maybe it won’t be such a far stretch to see her again! Maybe have her kick my butt if I tag along on one of her workouts. It wouldn’t surprise me if her workouts made my body parts fall off. SO strong. SO inspirational. And SO down to earth. Definitely check her out. And of course, her (vegan!) pumpkin cookies that she brought along didn’t make me like her any less.
Alyssa at Fun, Fit, Fashionable
Alyssa got to spend an entire car ride (both ways!) with me. We chatted the entire time. She was a great first blogger to meet. It was so nice to have somebody by my side as we walked in to our first conference together. And she actually was in Philly a week ago running the same half marathon as I did! The difference between us is the fact that she actually recapped it in a timely fashion.
Check out BOTH of them. Some of the sweetest girls I’ve ever met and they’re really knowledgeable too. I’ll be back throughout the week with more lovely bloggers I’ve met, amongst other things. Like maybe that one time I experienced a half marathon. Maybe.
