Happy Friday everybody! Glad to see we all got here in one piece! At least, I hope we did. I narrowly escaped missing some fingers/toes/arms/heads by what this week had to offer me. But I did have some good eats to help me get through! I mentioned the #plantPOWER challenge on Wednesday, and I thought it would be nifty to show you everything I had so far!
Each day of the challenge is a different letter!

Started out with some Almond milk in my smoothie!

I spy bananas in my Tone It Up-based chia pudding!

Childhood memory PB&J oats. With Chia seeds!

Tried to rotate this a million times. Got crazy with my Drink today and tried aloe vera!

We were daring and got one big Eggplant for our ratatouillie!
F
Roasted some of my Favorite veggies!! Brussels sprouts love.
G
Green smoothies are always on my menu!
Today is H! Who know what’s in store yet. It’s really fun to try and think of one though!
Just yesterday, Paul said that he was super happy with how we were eating. He said it was all super colorful and tasted good too. Works for me, dude. Works for me!

I absolutely love eggplant! It’s my favorite vegetable!
